    Position Purpose(Overview of the position)1, Timing & Program Management:      Manage program timing to ensure meet GPDS timing, coach supplier for T2T system, and make sure true status matches timing, Support part delivery requirements for builds (VP, PCF, TT, PP).Manage stamping tooling programs at suppliers. Response for stamping tooling program deliver result (Timing& Quality of stamping parts, tools, checking fixture etc.)2, Quality & Technical Support:      Physical review stamping parts, tooling, checking fixture physical quality and provide technical directions, support to improvement quality + manage quality documents, and coordinate communication with home organization (owner of the program). 3, Supplier Development:       Develop supplier capability (program communication, technical skills etc.) through deliver solid program performance (timing& quality). Build long term strategic partnership with suppliers to for future Ford business.Key Roles and Responsibilities of PositionEnsure die supplier has received all engineering requirements from Ford for die construction and tryout (i.e. process sheets, die designs, CAEs etc.) FO project coordination team supply all requirements. We need CTO support to clarify die supplier aligned with given requirements. STS need to attend set meeting and die design, process reviews.Verify SBU checking fixture locator schemes will check parts correctly, and emulate the way that the sub-assembly tools see the KD part.  Resolve all checking fixture issues prior to part acceptance.  CF designs and locator schemes will be verified by FO project coordination team CTO Engineer to follow supplier according to manufacturing time plan and establish correct communication to resolve all CF issuesFO project coordination team is responsible of tracking financial status and approval of TAAs, CTO engineer review and ensure all (PC/EI change) incorporated into tools before die ship. Work with stamping engineering die process and design to resolve open die issues to achieve die and part buy-off , Alignment required for the resolution plans with FO team. Blank material procurement of die supplier to be verified by STS according to timing plan. Make sure try out blanks meet Sheet3 requirement, Support part delivery requirements for builds (VP, PCF, TT, PP).Champion and drive activities and results during the die maturation process from FPG to DBO, including: Visit die supplier facility frequently to review status of tools to maintain part/die events (FPG/NPG etc.) and delivery schedules With die supplier, develop work plan to improve part quality at each die/part event (FPG/NPG) for next die event – populate by-part matrix , alignment required for the resolution plans with FO team. Complete status reports by part and by die to communicate progress on tools  - set-up frequent meetings with stamping plant and stakeholders to review status and progress .(T2T timing)/ STAMPS will be updated by supplier, STS verify physical tool/ CF status aligned with reported timing. Ensure die supplier is meeting timing objectives Confirm die conditions (nesting, bearing etc.) throughout tryout at each NPGs– assure that buy off die verification checks are performed at FPG Assure that die verification check sheets (Static & dynamic) are completed through the die tryout process prior to die ship.   Static check sheets should be completed early in the tryout phase.   There should open issue matrix and reviewed at each event (NPG) to determine timing of corrections.   Complete dynamic verification should be completed no later than one month prior to plan die shipment.  Personally check and verify lessons learn die verification checks Champion part reviews and part acceptance meetings with PD & BCE to achieve part buy-off – use SBU Part Acceptance process (VOPSEN-502) and the DSTS002 form for part buy-off.  Priority 1 fixes need to be transfer to the part-by-part matrix .Part Acceptance meetings will be handle by FO team Report L3, L2, and critical L2 data for each die/part event (FPG/NPG). STS must review and confirm all CMM report meet Ford Global standard. Conduct surface reviews at each main NPG events for exposure panels including final black painted panel reviews prior to part acceptance and die ship .Final surface review will be performed by FO quality team before part acceptance and die shipAssure that evidence book is completed and all documentation stored in SharePoint Communicate status of die set to stamping plant.  Encourage stamping plant personnel to visit die shop if possible to review dies prior to shipment.Candidate SpecificationEducation Qualification:BS (Material Forming and Process Control /Mechanical Design& Manufacturing Engineering)  , preferred MSNo. of Years of Experience:3+ years in Automotive Stamping Tooling BusinessProfessional Exposure(Technical Skills):Experience with CATIA/TCE preferred.  Familiar with Ford global tooling standard (WDX), familiar with CMM/scan technology (Gom inspector).Preferred previous experiences:Stamping Engineering (Process, CAE, Die design), Tooling ProgramFunctional Skills:Good understand of Stamping engineering.     崗位職責:工作職責1.負責RFQ階段新產品工藝評估,協助業務單位完成成本核算,輸出有競爭力的產品報價工藝;2.負責完成RFQ階段業務、項目部門的需求,消化及滿足客戶的要求;3.負責生產工廠的技術溝通,完成新產品的工藝策劃、工裝式樣的策劃;4.負責完成其他成員策劃資料的審核及校準,指導并修訂他人的資料;5.負責組織開發過程新產品的工裝式樣以及工裝設計評審會簽;6.負責糾正產品策劃過程以及開發過程碰到的式樣變更等;7.負責對工藝策劃資料、產線規劃資料的審核,并提出改善意見。 任職資格:任職要求1.大專及以上學歷;機械類、車輛工程類、工業工程類等相關專業;從事沖壓工藝研究領域等相關專業3年以上;2.開發經驗;對沖壓工藝很熟悉;熟知集團項目開發流程及客戶開發體系;具備豐富的工裝模治具經驗;3、熟練掌握:相關領域的新工藝、新研發;及未來發展方向;4.正直、嚴謹、創新、具備客戶導向。
